+How do I register for FUDolares?
To register for FUDolares, please follow these steps:
- Locate the "Log In" section by clicking on the account icon in the top right of the page and click "Sign Up" or click Register in the navigation header. Please note the registration period dates in the terms and conditions.
- Enter all the required information.
- Ensure that your email is valid, and that your password and confirmation of password match.
- Click "Sign Up". This will bring you to the "Thank you for registering" page informing you that an email will be sent to the address you provided so you may confirm the creation of your account. Please note: by registering you agree to be bound to all Terms and Conditions.
+How do I log in to my account?
You can log in to your account at any time by following these steps:
- Go to the FUDolares website.
- Click on the account icon
- Fill in your Customer ID and Password and click the Log In buttons.
+What browser should I use to access the website?
Please use the most recent version of the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer (10+)
Questions about how to redeem for rewards.
+Why can't I choose a reward?
You may not be able to choose a reward for a few reasons including:
- It is not yet the Redemption Period (please see terms and conditions for dates)
- You did not submit a valid or properly filled out W9 that also matched your FUDolares.com registration information (your W9 details must have matched the information you entered when you registered on FUDolares.com and you must have filled out your EIN not SIN)
- You did not exceed your 2017 purchase volume or you don't have enough FUDolares points for that specific reward.
+How do I choose a reward?
During the Redemption Period of FUDolares, visit the Rewards tab and click on the reward that you would like to redeem for.
- If a reward has options such as sizes, choose the reward option and click the order button.
